How uncommon is it for a man to have a longer index finger than ring finger?

I have a longer index finger than my ring finger and i’m a man. Is this necessarily due to lack of testosterone in the womb? Does lack of testosterone in the womb affect height or penis size? I’m 6′ 2.5 and my penis is 7 inches long.

It’s not uncommon at all. It’s likely to be because of less exposure to testosterone but that doesn’t matter. It shouldn’t affect your penis size the slightest, you get your size from other genetic factors.
